I WILL update this poor neglected blog (sometime) this week.
I WILL share pictures from the goings-on the past couple of months.
I WILL start leaving comments on your blogs, which I have also neglected.
In the meantime, here’s our evening/weekend schedule for the week (shamelessly seeking sympathy):
Monday: Soccer – 6:00 for both Lisa and Maggie (different fields); 7:15 for Bart
Tuesday: 6:00 Karate for Bart
Wednesday: Soccer – 6:00 for Lisa; 7:15 for Bart
Thursday: 6:00 - Orchestra practice for Lisa
Friday: 4:30 - Karate for Bart; 5:00 - Dance recital dress rehearsal for Lisa and Maggie
Saturday: Soccer kick-off day (games and BBQ) for all three
Sunday: Dance recital for Lisa and Maggie
Did I mention that Homer will be unavailable in the evenings between now and the end of June? Thank goodness for my parents, who will help me out with the two soccer fields thing on Monday nights.
On the plus side, my grocery bill was very small this week – we’re having sandwiches and raw veggies for dinner every night! Dinner will most likely be eaten in the backseat of the car, as I don’t usually get home from work until 5:30.
Wish me luck!

Wow, that's quite the ambitious schedule. Good luck!
Sympathy elicited! I don't envy you my friend, small grocery bill notwithstanding!
Luck! And when you get the chance- a quick question- when did you start your kids in karate?
Aunt B - Bart just started when he was 6, but there are classes for kids as young as 3. The KinderKids are quite adorable to watch!
We have swimming lessons every night for the next six weeks (the new baby is due in 8 weeks. What. Was. I. Thinking?) and therefore, will also be on the veggie and sandwich diet.
But at least the lessons for both kids is at the same pool. Bless your parents.
Welcome back!! I've missed your blog - but you've been so sweet in visiting mine and leaving comments. I look forward to returning the favour ;)
ACHT! Good luck. I'm dreading when my kids get older and have all these activities
yikes... I thought our schedule was crazy. I sympathize with 3 kid schedule. I wish my parents were here too. :(
Did you survive?
We had t-ball and softball on the same nights, same times, different fields, for 6 weeks. Husband was softball coach so thank goodness someone was there to watch daughter. But some nights he barely made it there and I had to have our babysitter/assistant coach come pick her up so I could take her brother and the twins to his game.
oy.
Wow that is busy! You are better than me. I have a 40 minute drive to D's Fencing class and I always plan on packing a supper but never do. We always end up hitting the drive thru. I am so glad Monday is his last class, our bodies can't take any more crap.
